Is it possible to remove access code+member number when i take back a hold call?? I mean when a get a call from other 11c (Tied with PRI and dialing is setup with Loc) i get the name with extension and after holding that call when i take back same call i get Access code and channel number, i dont want access code with channel display rather it show name+number still or just nothing...

Doing that would take away a great troubleshooting tool. don't think it is possible.

Like I said before I don't think it is possible. The clid comes with the original call, once its put on hold the system holds the line but not the info since it's coming across the tie. What I mean is the pbx really doesn't care about the info anymore once the call is first answered. Internal is different because it is station to station and the pbx has the clid already assigned to the DN so it always knows and shows. I'm sure someone can explain it better than me technically but I think it is all or nothing if you try to do something COS wise.

INAC has nothing to do with the display. This is used to insert AC1 on an incoming call that is not a CDP or UDP type of call. This is to allow the call to tandem through the PBX without inserting the AC1 at the originating end.

INAC (NO) YES Insert ESN Access Code to incoming private
network call
INAC permits an ESN access code to be
automatically added to an incoming ESN call
from a private network.
If INAC = YES, then digit insertion (INST)
for NARS or BARS calls is bypassed and
Access Code 1 (AC1) is used for all call types.
However, calls can be specifically defined to
use Access Code 2 (AC2) in LD 15 at the AC2
prompt.
INAC is prompted when the route type is either
a TIE trunk or an IDA trunk with DPNSS1
signaling.
