Hi, I am a user not an installer so pardon my terminology. I can find my way around Element Manager on our system. Recently we turned off two incoming lines on our system from Centurylink. We had 6 lines, not we have 4. BCM50 with two BCM50 Expansions

Before this change, any incoming call would loop through the available lines. If line 1 way busy, it would jump to line 2 and ring and so on.

As soon as the two incoming lines were turned off, the system began having issues for incoming calls (outgoing works fine).

If line 1 is busy in use, the incoming caller will go directly to Centurylink VM.

Is this somthing I can fix in Element Manager? It looks like the lines are assigned to 61-67 with Pool A.

Thanks for your help

is centurylink your provider?

it sounds like they do not have the lines rolling over correctly anymore

i would verify with them what lines you have left and make sure they rollover properly

It is forwarding busy to the providers VM. They took the lines out of hunt and need to reprogram them. Call your provoder. Nothing in the EM will help.
