I am using a SG50 along with another piece of equipment to provide me with ring down hotline. When one person goes off hook a separate piece of equipment initializes 4 ports on the SG50 to dial 4 external phone numbers. Unless all parties pick up in a timely manner you cannot talk because of the ring back tones. This is used during an emergency and cannot be delayed because one party is not able to answer the phone. Can I get rid of the ring back tones that are being generated by the SG50?

I'm pretty sure the ring back tone is generated by the telco...

My installer believes it is a Telco generation as well. I was just hoping there might be a way to do it from the SG50 to cover all the bases. Jamie2 I will run that idea by them thank you all.
