I have a new user with a 3903 teleset that is asking for a password to view the call log. This is the only teleset in the company with a password enabled on a 3903 . How do I remove the password???

That didn't get it. The password is device specific, entered from the keypad of the teleset.

run the command as Gibblett suggestted, this reset the pwd to 12345678. Then go to the phone and enter the pwd then access the phone option and turn it off and slap the idiot that turned it on.

Press Call Log then scroll down button till get to password change. PW is 12345678.

OKAY! That did it. Thanks ever so much!!!! AND they have been slapped. By the way; that teleset is the only one in the whole company that even has the option to set a password. Unbelievable? Thanks again.
