I have an 0x32 and Call-Pilot. With one of my incoming lines, if it is not answered, it goes into a general delivery mailbox. I do not want the line to go to this mailbox. Can someone explain how to disassociate this line from a general mailbox? Also, is it possible for me to set up a message that announces extension numbers and will allow the caller to dial that extension from the vm message? Im trying to avoid ccr tree.

gerneral mailbox is always used if no personal mailbox exists... i guess this line has a forarding to the voice mail system...

the dial through is only possible with AutoAttendant or with ccr trees... i doubt you will find another solution for this....

You don't need to turn off the General Mailbox, you just need to remove the control set for the line from the system...then it will only be answered by the set it rings on.
As to the option for recording extension numbers you can just do that under the AA menu prompt which plays directly after the main greeting in the AA table.
