Hi!

Mx-One 3.2 with ip extensions. I'm trying to remove the old sip extension and create a new h323 extension. I was able to remove the extension with ipexe:dir=xxxx; But when I try to create a new extension withe ipexi:dir=xxxx;

NOT ACCEPTED
DIR=XXXX
COMBINATION WITH MAXTER VALUE IS NOT ALLOWED

The gedip:dir=xxxx; looks like this:
DIRECTORY NUMBER PROFILE
DIR LIM CSP CUST LANG MCOST BSEC SPOPT MAXTER NDNUM
XXXX 1 63 0 F - 0 - 1 -

And I can't remove the generic extension ether:
MDSH> gedie:dir=XXXX;
Are you sure? (Y/N): y
NOT ACCEPTED
DIR=XXXX
TERMINAL ASSIGNED

Any ideas?

This is what it says about the extension
