A IT Tech I used to work with called and asked for help in setting up a hot d to dial an external 800 number, I tried it on an extension I have for testing, used info from this site and got it to work with no problem, the thing is, now I cant undo it..
That brought up some questions, I added the CLS MNL, how do you remove the cls mnl ? I tried putting an "X" before the HOT in the FTR but that didn't work it returns no error but still rings the number I have it set to dial, I tried entering cls EHTD, but it seems that since I used the mnl cls that has no effect?
Also if I wanted to see this HOT D FTR I added how could I print it? you wouldn't see it by printing the ext by tnb, will I have to out and rebuild the extension to get rid of it?
Thanks in advance.

The FTR's are listed at the bottom of the TNB

Thanks for your reply,
Ok, but now when I pick it up its ringing to the operator console, is that because it still has the CLS of MNL? I compared it to another extension and that's the only difference I can see?

Ah Yes.. Thanks so much, I get it now, you don't turn MNL off you change it back to Digitone..DTN...
That calls for a Duh.. on me.
