Sorry, I probably wasn't too clear.
I have a print page button which open's the print dialogue box. Can any of these settings be automatically changes without the user knowing.
My print button prints a document and I don't want the page address at the bottom or page titles at the top.

No, you can't change the print settings on your own. Besides, that's VERY rude to modify settings on someone's computer, and if I was at a site where that happened, I assure you I wouldn't return.
