remove grouplevel section

Greetings folds,

It has been donkey's years since I removed a grouplevel section from an A2K report and all I can remember is that it was a non-intuitive process. Can anyone refresh my hazy memory on how it is done. By the way, these are sections created via the sorting/grouping dialog, not programmatically.

Simply display the sorting and grouping dialog, click to the left of the field/expression, and press the delete key. If all you want to do is remove the header or footer sections, set the properties.
