Remove Fillin Field from Word Document

I have this word mail merge document that I inherited from the previous programmer. My current project is to automate the mail merge thru MSAacces.

The document has a fillin field. I want to remove it, but I can not find it on the document (just when I run the mail merge the fillin input box comes up).

Is there a way I can remove in code?
