Remove feature from 9608

Is it possible to remove features programmed into the 9608 from Avaya?
I need to remove the ignore feature which comes up when the set rings on my receptionist phone. Apparently the person who answers while the fulltime receptionist is on break or vacation has been using it to send calls to AA when company policy says all calls must be answered live if possible.
 
How about sending the temp on a fulltime vacation?

There are a bunch of settings controlling buttons in 46xxsttings but think they only work on Aura.

Just run a continuous SSA log, show them you can see them doing it and next time they do they're out of there :)
