Happy Monday ALl,
Ok here is what I need to accomplish. We want to disconnect 2 Circuits from the PBX however I would rather just disable them from now and see the effects it may have to calls.
1. Ld and commands to view all circuits?
2. LD and command to disable 2 Circuits
3. LD command to remove them at a later dat.
Is there anything else I should be looking or thinking about that a rookie would not see. Thanks as always

What kind of circuits are you talking about? PRI'S, T-1's, Copper trunks??

A T-1 you can just disable the loop in LD 60

A PRI you will have to disable the D-channel in LD 96 and then the loop in LD 60

ok how do i see the T1/PRI that is for that loop? Thanks

If you go into LD 60 and just type STAT, it will print out the status of all T-1's and PRI's. Then you will have to decide which one to take out of service.

Thanks Teleco said that each circuit is set up to provide all DID's So i am guessing it will not matter which 2 i disable correct?
