I have an Omnis database that holds the address in one field. When putting this onto the Crystal Report it shows as;

Slough Farm
Sudbury
Suffolk

I need it to show as;

Slough Farm, Sudbury, Suffolk.

If I export this to Excel (which is where it will end up). I get it in one row but with "squares" in between. I assume these denote a carriage return.

If there is an easy way of making this report a one liner I would grateful.

Thanks

Try:

Replace({Table.Field}, chr(13), ",")

-dave

You may need to put a space after the comma.

Replace({Table.Field}, chr(13), ", ")

Thats worked brilliantly, thanks very much for your help!
