Hi,I have a database which is based on an EXCEL file import, however I have some fields which have multiple spaces before the data , I would like to remove the spaces in the query and align the data to the left but leave the spaces intact in the table , any Ideas ???

Example (Align all data to the left) :

2FF-38125MA2
40351-10
4E4365-xx
AN970-x
AS3209-015
B020403
B020403

This wont modify the data im my table will it ?? I need that to stay intact

I don't think Kosmo2 wants to update the data in the table. A query can use the same expression as Golom suggested:
TrimField: Trim([Field])
