Hi,

I've a problem when sign up a digital extension (this extension exist, but remove it)
I've BC11.
The differents error:

<KSEXE:DIR=28502;

SURE? (YES/NO)
<Y
NOT ACCEPTED
DIR NOT ODN

<KSEXI:DIR=28502,EQU=001-0-22-05,ITYPE=21,CAT=12;
NOT ACCEPTED
DIR 28502
ALREADY ASSIGNED

How to sign up a digital extension?
Help me please, and excuse my English of going by house.

Regards.

Sounds like this number is an ADN (Additional Directory Number). You will need to check this. If you do KSDDP:DIR=28502 you will see the number come up with no equipment position but it will be listed against an ODN. You will also need to check that it is NOT multipli represented KSMDP:MDN=28502. If it is you will need to end all of the representation (KSMDE:) and then you will need to end the ADN (KSANE:)

Make sure you are confident in what you are doing before attemptin this, as ADN's are often used as hunt group members, or ACD members of potentially as divert positions.

Feel free to ask for more info.. i would recomed a SUDIP and A SUSIP of the extension in question..

Regards
Al

[red]Striker : My orders came through. My squadron ships out tomorrow, we're bombing the storage depots at Daiquiri at 18:00 hours. We're coming in from the North, below their radar.[/red]
[blue]Elaine : When will you be back?[/blue]
[red]Striker : I can't tell you that? It's classified.[/red]

You should first check to see whetehr the number is already in use by SUDIP:DIR=28502;

This will tell you if the number is already an ADN, ODN, or an analog extension, or vacant.

If you want to know what extensions are not in use, you can send SUVIP:NUMTYP=EX;

Good luck,
