Hi guys , new to the MD110 . Is there a way i could remove ADNs and put them back to TNS on a phone which is locked / logged on . A TTY command would suffice - i do not want to kill the extension just clear the ADNs on the keys back to factory settings

Cheers..

FROM ALEX

4 KSANE Key system additional number end
4.1 FORMAT
KSANE:ADN=...;

ADN = Additional directory number.
For value, consult parameter description for digital key system telephone.
& and && are permitted for this parameter.

4.2 FUNCTION
The command results in erasure of ADDITIONAL DIRECTORY NUMBER for the digital key system telephones. If this number is multiple represented (MDN/MSN) then the latter must be erased before the number itself can be erased.

If the additional directory number is part of a parallel ringing list, then the additional directory number cannot be erased.

4.3 EXAMPLE 1
Erase ADDITIONAL DIRECTORY NUMBER 1149.

< KSANE :ADN=1149;
KSANE :ADN=1149;

SURE?(YES/NO)
<YES;

EXECUTED

This is the message i get when i run the command :

KSANE :ADN=68308;
KSANE:ADN=68308;

SURE? (YES/NO)
/* SUCCEED 14:05:46 */
/* MML_TTY_COMMAND 14:05:50 [DNASERVER1] */
y;
NOT ACCEPTED
ADN IS ACD MEMBER

The other command gives :

KSFKC:DIR=55076,KEY=22,FCN=TNS;
NOT ACCEPTED
KEY NOT A
FUNCTION KEY

Seems it behaves differetly if the key represents an ACD :-(

ACGME:DIR=68308; gives :-

Not accepted
Agent logged on

you cannot make any changes to an ACD group while there are members logged into that group. Log all members out of the ACD group, end the ACD programming, then end the ADN key.

Thanks gotta wait for this guy to come from holiday :)

logged onto the phone is not same as logged into the group, you can end the ACD membership if the agents are not logged into the group, then end the ADN, if the phone is logged on or not. you log in the phone, then log in the group with the keys, and reverse to log out again.
