MY ASK IS THE NEXT

I HAVE A OPC 11 PBX BUT I CAN´T REMOVE TWO ACDN´S

I REVIEW IN LD 23 AND NOT GET REMOVE IT AND I DON´T SEE SETS FOR THOSE ACDN´S

SOME IDEA FOR REMOVE IT?

print the acdn in ld 11 this will give the tn's on the acdn

with x=to the acd dn... if it gives you a code, you have phones build with key 0 on that acd group.. out the phones, then out the group

you have the default database installed which assinged some model agents to those q.

go to ld 20 and prt the model and delete them

req = prt
type = 2216m or 2616m
model = enter till it spit them out.

then to out them

req = out
type = 2216m
model = the model that were acd on the prt - i think it's 20,40 and 60 ...not 100% sure on those
 
Normally, the 7xxx series numbers are assigned to Call Pilot or Meridian mail. Check the TN's in slot 10 or where ever your Call Pilot is installed. Don't delete them, unless you want to remove Voice Mail. Did you try to call these numbers? What happened? Did a menu play?

CAUSES:
ACD queues 7700 and 7750 are included as part of the pre-programmed data in the pre-configured database used for some of the model sets.


SYMPTOMS:
Cannot remove model acd queue.

Default ACD queues can not be removed.

Cannot remove ACDN 7700.

Cannot remove ACDN 7750.


FACTS:
Option 11C

ACDN

Model sets are provisioned in software

Pre-configured database selected


FIXES:
Remove the model sets assigned to ACDNs 7700 and 7750. Remove M2216 models 20, 30 and 60, and remove M2616 models 20, 30 and 60.


In LD 11, OUT, type is 2216 M, MODEL is 20, and so forth.
