Removal of "master Server" in BE 9.1

I am planning on removing my "master" Windows 2003 server from a SSO environment containg 2 other W2K servers and want to have one of them take over the role the Master had, is this documented?

I have a SAN based LTO mini library presented to all 3 servers.

Thx, in this doc it says to move the PVL.MDB file to the Secondary server that will become primary, but I can't find a PVL.MDB file to move?
