Here we go. I recently bought a Microplus MP-320U2 Hard Drive enclosure, to make my desktop HDD into a removable drive. I read the directions, formatted the HDD, got everything to work, but all is not well. After putting alot of my media files and such, I noticed it was getting low on space. That perplexed me as the HDD is 60 gigs, and I had only placed 30 gigs of media on the drive. Can you please help me out, the company is of no use.

Well, I actually found out the problem. It seems that I had Norton Protect on my computer and when I went to delete files to make room, they were being backed up into a "system" folder on the drive that I couldn't delete. I removed the program and then deleted the folder. I'm just posting this in case someone else has a related problem.

Next time, right click on "Recycle Bin" and click on "Empty Norton Protected Files". Put Norton back on (very helpful for un-delete) - just remember to empty the Recycle Bin properly.
