If you are using a stand alone CallPilot you can set up the modem through F983 put in password and press 4 and turn the modem on. You can download the CallPilot utilities from Nortel and get the CPSecureModem. To access the CallPilot you turn the CP modem on and then call the site and when the AA answers open the Sys Admin mailbox but instead of the usual password you put in the modem password. It will then count down and when it does you press OK from your computer to connect. Open your web browser & put in the IP of the CallPilot which default is 92.168.110.10. Or you can use NRU and connect that way, but you won't be able to change the Class of Service through that interface.
You can add the call pilot to your LAN. Then so long as you can get to your LAN remotely you should be able to use the callpilot manager remotely. Let me know if you need more help.
