Remotely Add Users to a group on the domain 1

I have built an application which requires the user to be in the Server Operators group on the PDC. The Administrator will have to install the software on the workstations and I wanted to try and remotely add the user to the group. Is there anything in the Windows 2000 Resource Kit or already in Windows 2000 which I could lanuch/run from InstallShield, which would enable me to add the user to the group automatically so I don't have to request the end user Administrator to do this?
