I am running Voicemail Pro 3.0 (17) in Intuity mode. If I add a group message indicator to a user they can no longer remotely access their main voicemail using *7.

Is there a way to have remote access to voicemail and have access to a group message box? Has anyone had success with this on another version of Voicemail Pro?

Maybe a bit more information? How are you adding a group message indicator? Eg are you using Hgroupname in the source number field? What are you using to access VM? *7 ?U VoicemailCollect? What about the check the group mail?

I am using the Hgroupname in the source number field to add the group message indicator. The user is accessing their voicmail by dialing their DID and then entering *7 when the message begins to play. They then enter their extention and the # sign, followed by their password and the # sign. I don't have the exact audio response but it is along the line of invalid extention and password. The issue is resolved if I remove the Hgroupname in the source number field.

Make a shortcode:
*699
"?Anonymous"
Voicemailcollect

Then you can access any mailbox if there is a mailbox password set.
