hello ..
i have 2 bcm50 connected ,
i can call other extensions in the other system
but i cannot transfer the call !!! any idea ??
please urgent.....

are you transfering an internal call or external call.
Need to know complete call flow. also you should activate the BCM monitor to see in real time how the call is rejected.

try this

Allowing redirect
You can enable the redirect feature on a telephone-by-telephone basis.
To allow redirect
1 Click Configuration > Telephony > Sets > Active Sets, select the DN record for the
telephone for which you want to allow the redirect feature.
2 Click the Capabilities and Preferences tab.
3 In the bottom panel, click the Capabilities tab.
4 Select the Allow redirect check box.

thank you very much
i will try it ...
then i will reply to you

i could not transfer an external line to the remote bcm ext.
when i try to transfer,the disply shows :transfer is denied

your help please ...

If using copper trunks on you bcm50,make sure they are set to "supervised".

Yes He means supervised.
But how are you connected to the other bcm Point to point (PRI) or VOIP. Are you using routing?
When you dial the other extentions you should be using a private route and it is looking for say a 4 digit extention when you do a transfer you are adding the Clid with it bump up the private digits to allow for the extra digits being sent. See if that helps.

* am using voip
* also routing
* and private network

but i will try to put it in super mode

also one question ...

can i use feature4 to forward to the remote system ?

thanks alot ..

You need to allow redirect on each phone you want to external forward.
And supervised is for copper analog phones.
And try adding the digits to the private dn leingth.

Have you set up remote access packages to allow the copper line pool to go out the VoIP line pool?

this is some thing else
remote access pacakage is not used when transfering to the remote system
