Hi,

I have just taken over an NEC7400 ICS 120 and would like to disable or change the remote access number the previous maintenance company were using for remote access. I would also like to know how to use the remote access myself.

Is there any info i could glean from anybody??

The only system access i have is via the COM port thru hyperterminal...
