Is there a forum I can connect to that would be interested in a retired Verizon Technician to help with remote changes or support?
I retired with 40 years of telecom experience.
Nortel cs1000,norstar, BCM and Call pilot.
Some experience with Avaya IP Office and Aura. Any suggestions would be helpful.
Just hoping I could use this knowledge to help a service company.

At one time, there were a lot of Interconnect-centric forums available to post questions and receive guidance.

With the rise of IP systems as well as the popularity of sites such as Facebook and reddit, participation in the forums has greatly diminished and a fair number have closed (pbxinfo.com comes to mind).

For offering general guidance, Tek-Tips is one of the remaining forums. Posting contact information here on Tek-Tips is highly discouraged, but I believe the site has a way to communicate with other members in a private manner.

There is another Interconnect-centric forum still operating today that I am aware of (I am one of the Admins there).

My suggestion would be to sign up with the remaining forums and also participate in different groups on Facebook as well as reddit.

I didn't realize pbxinfo.com was no longer around. I think you're referring to another good forum I'm a member of, your name sounds familiar.
What's cool about that one - it still has a 1A2 forum! To the OP I'd recommend a LinkedIn, Indeed, and/or other job site profiles if you don't
have one already. Include words such as 'PBX' and 'TDM' along with VoIP. I'm partially retired, but retained my profiles, set not to be in the job
seeking status. Even so, I'll get a message about an open position at times.

That would be the site. 👍

Even here on Tek-Tips, Western Electric 1A2 topics could theoretically be posted in the Legacy Avaya forum as Avaya is the modern day incarnation of the Bell System's commercial telephone system division. 🙂
