Currently running S8730 CM 5.01.2 with an G700 LSP in Utah and a G450 LSP in NJ. Also Have an S8500 ESS in SC. Have a T1 connected in Utah for inbound/outbound and H.323 trunks in NJ connected to a CISCO platform. When the clients in Utah make outbound and recieve inbound calls they are all traversing via the local T1 on the G700. In New jersey however not all users are going out the H.323 trunks at thier site. They are going out my trunks here in Ohio. How do I determine the routing of these calls?

The locations have been administered in the main S8730. What am I missing? Please let me know if you need any snapshots.

How do you have the location codes setup? The ARS table can be setup location specific. You just create route patterns for each location to use the local trunking first and you can use other locations TGs for failover or busy...

We have ARS locations setup for each site. But how do I get the extensions at that location to follow those tables?
