Hello Goodnight.

I am installing a KX-NS500 version 6, I must use Sip extensions in the mobiles, I already buy the license to use third-party Sip, and I have configured but when I call the mobile extensions they ring and can call but there is no audio in both directions, I need Please help me with this.

Hi

problem is probably in the router.
RTP ports (speech) "goes" to IP address of DSP card.
Why do you use SIP third-party?
Panasonic has its own application "Mobile Softphone", it uses cheaper licenses.
Try to find "Panasonic Mobile Softphone -step by step" tutorial

Hi, I have a forward on the Router from ports 16000 - 16511 to the Ip of the DSP.

Have you setup media relay and port redirecting on the router

You will need to setup sip extension nat port

I have two IP which are 172.16.0.245 for this enter the programming of the PBX and the other is 172.16.0.246 which is the DSP.

I have a forward of the following ports to IP 172.16.0.245
5060 UDP
7574 UDP
37547 UDP
7580 UDP
37580 TCP
123 UDP

And the ports of RTP 16000-16511 UDP to the IP 172.16.0.246

You shouldn’t have port 5060 open to the public. Have you setup the media relay on the system?

You only need port ( what ever you want it to be in media relay nat sip server port) redirected to port 5060,( which I would change in case you need it for sip trunks that will only talk to 5060 and the dsp will try to go back on 35060) to the system
And the 16000-16511 to the dsp for sip extensions (all udp)
