Remote Shelf

Hi it is 61c Release 4.5 with 3 remote shelves, two remote shelves are working OK accept the third one, when a user of this shelf lift handset he doesnt get dial tone normally rather after 2 or 3 second he gets dial tone and able to dial.
All extensions of that shelves having same problem.
Any help in this?

Add a DTR card - if this problem is only affecting analog phones. Or just check all the DTRs you do have.

and.. if it happens to digital sets, your using to many speech paths so a request for dt has to wait for a speech path... usually that happens when a keysystem tech decides to add 10 lines to every phone... if your trying to light 20 scr keys for every call.. you need a ksu instead of a pbx

It is only with 3rd one shelf, the other 2 are working OK.DTR problem should also effect other 2 shelves if thats the case
