We have set up remote send call activate\deactivate to allow our console operators to effectively allow them to set patient room phones to a "do not disturb" state. Unfortunately the operators are in an ACD group as well, and, although the feature works perfectly from their stations when no one is actively logged in, as soon as they do log in the feature fails. The operators are able to dial the FAC + extension, however instead of receiving reorder, they get dead air. Trace output returns this - denial event 1601: Software invalid stim D1=0x965a D2=0x2000. I assume this is because the remote send all feature requires console permissions. If this is the case, is there a way to extend console permissions to agent login ID's. If not.... any ideas??
