I want to know if It's possible configure printed output from Sco Unix through printers connected to Linux.

short answer = yes
as long as lpd is running in linux and rlpconf has been run in SCO.

come to think of it..all that matters is that you are running the same type of print services on both systems.
(lpd, netbios{samba}, etc....)

What could be the problem if my Sco Unix record the configuration but when I send something, printer not print?

The problem will depend on what protocols are being used.
I originally assumed you were using lpd....
so things to look at:
lpstat (-o,-v,-t)
/etc/printcap
/etc/hosts.lpd
/usr/spool/lpd/{printername}
