Remote printer shows "Waiting connection from..."

Hello:
On HP-UX, create a remote printer via sam. Command lpstat shows:
Active from 1.2.3.4
Waiting connection from 1.2.3.4
Waiting connection from 1.2.3.4

Other similar printers do not have such issue.
O/S: HP-UX 11.11
