I have a IP 406 running rel 5.
I have a remote phone that is a 4621swip phone. I can hear them fine< but they cannot hear me. I have changed the vpn routers on both ends, but still having the same issue.

Can anyone help?

Provide end to end layer 1 and 2 details please. Sounds like a vlan issue.

Turn direct media path off and/or sort the connection/network out, one way audio is always routing/network related...always :)

i took direct media path off< and still only have1 way audio.

this was working a few weeks ago< but stopped suddenly.

It's still the network/routers at fault. The system sends out voice packets destined for the handset onto the network (via a gateway if necessary) and that's its job done, if it isn't reaching the handset or vice versa then it's the network you need to look at for the fault not the system or handsets :)
