Remote personal address book problem in R5

When using the Notes client, the personal address book is the names.nsf. When using the web client, the personal address book appears to be held in a portion of the user’s mail file. The problem is the names.nsf is not being copied to mail nsf for remote usage.

Am I on track here?

Hello,

If your using iNotes or Domino Web Access, open the users mail DB via the Notes client, click Actions, Synchronize Address Book. This will update the NAB for Web usage.

I am running 5.0.12. There is no menu item "Actions, Synchronize Address Book". Is this for R6?

R6 and R5. Are you using the iNotes template of Notes Web Mail?

I have tried both. iNotes and the stdr50mail template.

You must be missing something. Try using the convert task via the Domino console using the R5.12 iNotes5.ntf.
