Remote Out Calling Issue 1

Hello,
Does anyone know how to disable remote out calling on Norstar VM V2.0 (I know it is pretty old). I can go in and turn it off on all of the mailboxes, or change the mailboxes to a different class of service, but I was just wondering if there is an easier way to make one change instead of 100.

2. Disable CO access to the VM ports

Find DNs of voicemail ports
Under Terminals and Sets > disable(dis allow) pool access

Build a restriction filter to deny all the numbers that you want to deny. Then assign that filter to the voice mail extensions.
