Firstly you need a Reach Line card as well. It makes it a lot esier to get off the ground if you have the GUI. On there select the Configuration Wizard and follow the steps.
Decide on 2 IP addresses, 1 each. Then connect to the RLC via serial the first time, Assign IP, Subnet, Default gateway etc.
Do the same on the 91xx and reboot.
On the PBX just build the digital extensions as normal. This will get you basic connectivity. After that just go and play.
