Remote Notification

I have a user that has Remote Text Notification turned on. When he gets the email he checks his vmail box and after each message it tells him Remote Notification has been turned off and after the message it tells him it is turned back on.

Has anyone seen this?

There are two settings in Call Pilot:

Text Notification and Remote Text Notification, I would check the mailbox to see if text notification has been disabled, sometimes if a cell number is busy or invalid it will disable. Enable it again, then go back in and disable it. Once it's disabled by administrator, end user will no longer hear the message.
