Hey All!
Can someone help me with Remote Notification on CP. The site recently migrated from MerMail.

What are the right parameters. The device used are numeric pagers. It worked on mermail but never worked on CP.

i can look at my remote cos on my pilot monday, it;s not much different the mm i migrated from.. check your rpl's to make sure the agents can dial the pager numbers

I created a new one called remote. the pager is local so I permitted access code+area code
