I need to setup a mailbox in MM that will notify three or more outside pager numbers. I tried configuring the three Target numbers in Remote Notification Schedules but it only notified the 1st number. I am assuming that Target 2 and 3 will only be tried if the 1st call fails to connect. By calling pager numbers the 1st should always connect. Any ideas??

That is what I want but mine always notifies all three. I only want mine to notify the other two if there is no response in a certain time. I have MM13. Maybe one of the MM guru's out there can enlighten both of us.

Is your paging company a national carrier? If so, some of them have features to group those pagers for you when another number is dialed. Essentially your system would dial one number and the carrier notifies all three (or more). Depends on your paging carrier. Obviously this feature will be less flexible than you doing your own programming, but just a thought.

We are also on MM13. It sounds as if we need each others config. Do you have "For successful Notification mailbox login:" Required or Not Required? Also I have the device type set to numeric with call back& caller number.

I thought I would work with the paging company as a last resort.

In the individual mailbox record, under remote notification mine are set as numeric with callback number.

In what screen do you have "For successful Notification mailbox login:" Required or Not Required?. I can not find this prompt.

In the individual mailbox record, under "remote Notification schedules". It is under "Business Days Schedule" right below the Period 1 info.
I have tried both mailbox login required/not required and it seems to have no change.

Interesting. I do not have that prompt. Here is how I am set up. I have X'd out the pager numbers. Are any of your pagers toll free?

Business Days Schedule:

Period 1 from (hh:mm): 00:01 to (hh:mm): 23:59 Disabled Enabled
Target 1 DN: 9202XXXXXXX Phone Tone Voice Numeric Service
Pager Callback Number: 4666*911
Target 2 DN: 91410XXXXXXX Phone Tone Voice Numeric Service
Pager Callback Number: 4666*911
Target 3 DN: 91877XXXXXXX Phone Tone Voice Numeric Service
Pager Callback Number: 14666911

All of the pagers have local numbers. I found out that one of the pagers I was testing with was not functioning. And once I eliminated that one I am able to notify all three. So once I changed "For Successful Notification mailbox login REQUIRED" all three numbers are notified.
So it looks like we solved my issue but I do not know why you do not see that option..I tried changing a few of the settings on the mailbox, autologin for one to see if I could get that option to disapear but was unable. Have you checked some of your other mailboxes that have RN active. Do they all have the same options available?

Yes..The one I am looking at is an option 11, is yours the same or a bigger machine?
