Remote notification to a Cell Phone

I have set up remote notification to a cell phone for a department. They want Call Pilot to leave the call back number for voicemail on the cell phone. They are currently getting the callpilot calling out to them and letting them log into the voicemail directly. Any suggestions?

put the call back number as the 4 digit dn of voice mail, not the entire number or, list device type as a pager instead of a cell phone.

I changed it to numeric or digital pager and it is still outcalling to the cellphone and asking for me to log into the mailbox right away. They do not want that. What else can I do?

That sucks, I thought the pager not te;ephone would work, have you tried changing the call back number?

I have tried all the devices and it still sends out the notification and it automatically logs into voicemail. I like it that way but the user does not. It is all about making the customer happy. Any other ideas out there?
