remote notification how to stop repeat notification

Remote Notification Cell Phone is setup to ring, then to
Ring on Office phone, the go to voicemail... after starts ringign
on Cell Phone repeats every two minutes. Where can this be changed to Only Ring for Notifications
on the cell phone?

If MerMail, just see how many places you are sending a notification. But if you have Call Pilot, I guess you could check that too.

Looks like you have a mailbox set to go to office phone and then to Cell phone, but it is set that you have to log in for a successful notification. You should just set it to notify and NOT keep trying until the user checks mail.

if your in a meramil, fromt he main menu option 3 then option 6 remote class of service adminstration, about half way down the page you'll see retry attempts...

Remote Notif. ? Th e user has a DID with Voicemail attached.

What happens is they are notified with the voice automated messages "to
check the message press 1 ...to turn of remote notification press...."

TSo first rings on cell phone, notifying them there is a mesasage if they don't pickup DID
then it goes to DID and ring there and ofcourse voicemail picksup and it leaves a message
there then again it rings on the cell phone.

I'm confused. I tried to go into option 3 tehn 6 from the menu and set the retry limit but that is not working.

Any other suggestions .... I have a feeling it might be in class of service?/

Can anyone help.
