Remote login to Mitel 3000 group mailbox

I have a group mailbox built for press 1 dialing on AA so group 20's mailbox is enabled, greeting recorded, mailbox accepts messages and then pages customer's cell phone on any new message. Basically, it works, however if the customer does not log into the message when received on the cell phone and dials the LDN later, AA answers, press *,prompted to enter mailbox number, but when dialing 199# for group 20 mailbox VM responds it's an invalid mailbox. I also have a phantom set, again works until you try to log in remotely by dialing the 1st phantom mailbox, as soon as you press # get message for invalid mailbox. I haven't yet performed a cold restart, seems that helps on these Mitel 3000's. Oddly, there are no physical extensions on the system with a mailbox allocated to know if that works remotely either.

I should also note, I did name the group as to its function. I know if you name a line the CLID won't work so I wonder if naming this group is the problem...
