Remote listening problem

The following works for a client.

Dial: 0*** 5**7199 you will hear a high pitch beep then at dial tone, enter 7658 at dial tone enter 817 at dial tone enter 7119 you will then hear a low pitch three beep confirmation tone.

I've tried setting up a new client request and I've copied the exact detaisl as above. I can't hear the the agent speaking to the customer but the call registers on the change remote screen.

Any thoughts

Have you checked the COR for the barrier code on the remote accees screen to be sure it can dial the agent COR (page 3 of the COR form)?
