Remote Extn In BC12

Hi,
How do I change the active position to a different number.I know the switch over is *9#. ALEX shows different numbers, but not how to do it.

You need MOBILE extension for this, that is ....more than 1 number tied to the internal (genereic) number.

Dial R1 (for mobile ext. with number presentation.

Push * 9 #.

The number that has dialed in and pushed * 9 # will be active position.
That position wil be shown as active in REEXP
