Remote Disaster Recovery

When I start to scan tape in order to perform remote disaster recovery, the following error messages appear:

[0000] Error with TSIGetDeviceInfo:538988865
[0000] Error with TSIGetDeviceInfo:538988865
[0002] Number of Changer Devices:0
[0002] DRGetTapeInfo()
[0002] TSIGetTapeInfo Succcessful:[FULL1-TAPE6]
[0000] Can't locate tapeName:[FULL1-TAPE6] in Group:[GROUP0]

Why?

I'm using Arcserve 6.61 sp2a on a NT 4 sp5 server.
I have the same problem when i try a REMOTE DISASTER RECOVERY ???

Can anyone tell us what the problem is ?
