Remote DHCP scope editing.

I have a remote S8300/G350 LSP setup in Australia operating as the DHCP server for the phones (96xx). We would like to edit the scope and redirect to a different
http: server. Can this be done remotely, or is it necessary to connect to either the services port or the console port. I can get to the web interface, but have so far been unsuccessful in determining how to accomplish this task. I have only found docs describing this being done locally but do not have a resource at this site to do so.
