Well, I found out that the web browser need to install Remote Desktop ActiveX Control. I'm not sure if this ActiveX control is installed by default or not. If not, then I might not be able to connect to my pc once I'm on the road.
One other question, when I instaleld the remote desktop activeX control, I got in...but somehow it connects to my domain server instead of my client computer on my network. How do I specify which computer I want to connect to that is behind a router? In the router I open a remote desktop connection port for the client to listen for any remote desktop connection. This port that I manually specify is not the default port of 3389; therefore, I also change the listening port on the client to reflect this too. But still, it's not working. It kept login me into the domain server instead of the client computer.
