Alright, I'm stumped. I'm a domain admin and can't connect to a computer(X) in my domain (remote office) using mstsc... but another admin on site CAN connect to that network. He can connect to my machine but I can't connect to his. I've tried adding myself as a remote control user on the computer(X) (even though I shouldn't have to as I'm a domain admin), but it still doesn't work. It gives me the "too busy to accept new clients or network problems" error message. No one else is logged in. We haven't been able to find any issues on the firewalls. Any ideas?

And if you use a FQDN to specify the remote machine?

Ah yes, forgot to add I tried connecting from a domain controller on the actual site and still had no luck. Thanks for askin. Also, I can ping this problematic machine from everywhere as well.

How about if you login on the other admin's pc? can you then RD onto said machine?..perhaps it's something local (like windows firewall) screewing things up? Also, you say that the other admin can connect to the desired network, but can he/she connect to the same PC you're trying to get to?
