Here is another problem i have having trouble with. Most of the time we cannot connect threw Remote Desktop to users threw SMS. Getting errors like Agent not found and such. Any ideas on what this could be?

Nope, never changed the boundaries around. I'm waiting for one of the help desk users to run across one that they can't connect too and ill try that and see if it works. We are also going to be applying SP2 to SMS here soon. Its only on SP1 now. I thought there might be a hot fix or something on it. But i'll check and see if this works. I will reply again soon.
