I am unable to open Brightstor manager 11.1 in a remote desktop connection? Anyone know the trick to get it to work?
 
I've done it and there was no trick.

Perhaps it is not related to Remote Desktop but a corrupt job. Stop the ARCserve services and close the manager. Rename the directory 000000000.qsd. Now try it.

If that does not work then provide the details.
