Remote Desktop - Client Black Screen 1

I use Remote Desktop to support many users. Occasionally, after Remote Controlling their session, when I exit the client goes to a black screen and unable to do anything. The only options seems to be logging them off from server. If I try to Remote Control them again, all I see is the black screen as well.

Anyone know what causes this and possible solutions?

How are you exiting the client?

Thanks for responding...

I connect with the Remote Control "Hot Key" (in my case, I prefer Ctrl-Z).

The Dell/WLAN article doesn't seem to fit my problem. There is no power save involved in what's happening.

I've tried Googling (and Technet) the problem too, nothing seems to fit what's happening to me.

It seems to be after I shadow (Remote Control) a user, then when I leave the session - their screen goes black and stays black. It's like something's wrong with the disconnect...

Are there any clues in the Event Viewer?

I do have an Nvidia service on my machine. Maybe this is the culprit. I shall disable it and see how it goes.

Thanks a ton!
